لقد شهد عام 2018 انتقالة كبيرة في العمل المؤسساتي للهيئة وتغيرات جَمَّة طرأت على آليات عملها مما جعلها تسير وفق المسار الصحيح الذي أنتج الكثير من المنجزات وحقق ماكانت تصبو اليه القيادة الشابة المتمثلة برئيسها الدكتور ” ضرغام هادي گيگو ” في النهوض بواقعها الذي كانت الكثير من المعرقلات تقف دونما تطوره وقبل تسنمه ربان القيادة ساعده بذلك فريق عمله الخاص من موظفي الهيئة بكافة مسمياتهم وعناوينهم فصارو كما الخلية الواحدة التي ليس لها هدف سوى ان تكون محافظة النجف الاشرف لها الريادة والافضلية من بين مدن العراق في تنفيذها للكم الهائل من المشاريع الاستثمارية وفعلا كان ان تحقق لها ذلك .
